PC versus phone app

i usually use an app on my phone for my galaxy zoo classifications but i thought id use my PC tonight. but the 'decal' icon on my PC doesn't seem to work plus when i click on 'discuss' it doesn't take me to the image I'm classifying like it does on my phone. Plus the image quality is much grainier on the PC. Does anyone know why i have these problems? I expected the PC version would have been better.
