ZooCon 13: Join the Zooniverse in Oxford on the 22nd of June
-
by vrooje admin, scientist
Zooniverse Oxford is hosting an afternoon of discussion inspired by our astronomical projects. Whether you're interested in astronomical objects near, far, or in between, we'd love it if you joined us. After the afternoon discussions, we'll head over to the Royal Oak for a social evening where it all began.
See more details and sign up for tickets at http://zoocon2013.eventbrite.co.uk/ -- the tickets are free, but we have limited space and need to tell both the physics department and the pub how many people are coming.
See you there!

If it is going to be as good as last year's, I'd definitely recommend coming along ! 😄Posted

This sounds like a really great event! Pity I have absolutely zero opportunity to attend 😦
It's also quite a contrast to the Zooniverse Workshop, to be held in Chicago at the end of April: jules just wrote "this is a conference that only invited delegates can register for" ....
