I want new links to open in a new tab.

  The Talk page that I am trying to post on is replaced by the link that I click on. I can find my Talk page again with the backwards arrow, but I want links to open up in a new tab.
  I have Windows 7 / Firefox.
  I have looked at Tools, and Options, but I don't see how to do it.
  Maybe everyone else has the same problem? Or is it just me?

  Yes, that is correct. I don't want the discussion page replaced when I bring up the galaxy on SkyServer. So other people have the same problem, and it is not just the way that my computer works.

  When I am in "What do you think?", and open up examine and SDSS, yes, new tabs open.

  When I am in "Discussion", and click on a link, the link covers up the page on discussion, and I have to cycle back and forth with the forward and backward arrows.
