Excellent secondary galaxy

I'm pretty sure the central object is a nearby star, so I classified this as star/artifact. On the other hand, the galaxy in lower right is an excellently clear, edge-on spiral with dust band.

I suspect that the central object is (within) one of the diffraction spikes of the bright star, so it is an #artifact. The bottom-right galaxy is a very nice #Eos (edge-on spiral), with a #dustlane, as you say.
