Uncertain Morphology

  Any classification suggestions for this blue galaxy? Lots of dispersed galactic matter surrounding it. Disturbed spiral?

  the central part looks, morphologically, very much like a #blueelliptical; the extended features look like somewhat disturbed (spiral) arms, as you say, or possibly a partial #ring or #pseudoring
