the gray points are not galactic. While the orange point is a high rotating star. The galaxy is a mix of this orange shift and white traces of torque rotation.So the galaxy is rotating at S(orange shift r1)/white shift r2 = mix Impulse : this would be the momentum so that the
galaxy impulse is the mix .If you look long at it is appears gray.Its arms are not developed or so long , so they must have greater impulse, and even greater ejection force >the rotation of the core.Posted

The orange point is a star, but the SDSS data provides no information on stellar rotations. The star is in our own galaxy and is only coincidentally on the image with the much more distant galaxy; they are not related. It is not possible to calculate the galaxy's rotation speed from this image alone.
Sorry, but the statements about color and core rotation/ejection don't make sense to me.
