it looks almsot like all three may conjoin. the fusy spiral on the far left is huge compared to the others and is most likely pulling them in. the bright green and blue one to the far righ tis stunningly beautiful and looks relatively young and dense.

Except the central object all the other spheres are stars from our galaxy very far away from this galaxy so no possible interaction between them.
