Re loose tw-armed spiral

Are the blue bulges star forming areas then, or bulges of merging galaxies? It looks disturbed.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was also disturbed, especially given that it may be interacting with a galaxy nearby. Here it is zoomed-out (and rotated):

While I clicked loose 2-arm spiral, I think it more likely a #disturbed #merger with #starformation ... or #irregular

Looking at the zoomed out image it appears that the two galaxies are interacting.
