My first one with clear and well shaped Ring....Has anyone seen this before or were my Eyes seriously the first to see this great thing...

That's an edge on galaxy. The brown line is a dustlane. I don't think one can really tell from this picture if there is a ring. If we look at NED, the classification is Sbc, so not ring here whatsoever.
