Bright orange spheres, and green pea.

What are these bright orange spheres? If they are stars in the forground, shouldn't they be saturated?
Also, the arms of the galaxy look like they are ahead of the bar, or they have broken off. Is this common?

Oh, and notice the green sphere (green pea?) on the edge to the right.

And what is that little blue dot above the galaxy to the right?

The orange dots are all foreground stars from our galaxy. The green/white object right edge is also a star.
As for the spiral, I don't understand what you mean by the arms being ahead of the bar, sorry. This is indeed a barred spiral. And I see three arms (rather special)

Look how the lower spiral arm, the horizontal one, converge with the arm to the left, and I just feel that this point should cooincide with the bar.
Although when I think about it, the arms to the left and the right cooincide with the bar, and the third one below seems to be the arm that has broken off.

That little blue dot is also a foreground star.
