  In the halo, just outside, upper left, blue dot.

  Could be a foreground star.

  It could also be a galaxy, small because it's far away (unlikely; such a galaxy would surely appear red, or at least yellow), of just physically small. It might - just might - also be an isolated HII region, in a spiral that is otherwise near the end of its star-forming days.
