Ring and a bar?

This looks like a spiral, and shows an intermediate ring structure, with a bar that reaches across the ring, with maybe 3 small arms outside the ring. Am i correct?

I agree there's a bar, with a pair of spiral arms that resemble a ring at the ends of the bar. Outside the ring? some structure, certainly ...
