I have absolutely no idea what this could be. The arrangement, shape, etc. makes me think that I'm seeing several star clusters in a line of sight. Does anyone else have an idea as to what this image shows?

The two bright objects are foreground stars from our galaxy. The one at the bottom is a galaxy.
