Supernova on the edge of the galaxy

  Is there a Supernova on the edge of the galaxy? Or is it a dwarf galaxy between the oher Galaxy? What can it be.

  The bright dot to the right is a foreground star from our galaxy. Not connected to the central galaxy. No supernova here, sorry.
