It's UGC 02385, according to NED. It's a nice, nearly face-on spiral galaxy with well-developed arms and a fairly small bulge. In the Hubble classification scheme it's an Sc.
Here it is as imaged by SDSS:
Amazing how different a galaxy looks, when you view it in a different part of the electromagnetic spectrum, isn't it?
