What is this, camera error, cosmic rays?

the blue streak could be a cosmic ray, if not it is an artifact. The square is definitely an artifact.

there seems to be a blue rectangle just left of the galaxy. and directly below, there are 4 points making the shape of a perfect square

The blue streak is an optical artifact. Or it could be a cosmic ray that didn't get removed from the image.

Btw, the rectangle, bottom left, is an optical artifact. Origin: unknown ! ;D
