  Seems to be a cloud around the galaxy ?

  Not sure what you mean ! For me, the central object is an edge on with a big bulge ! The small dot to the right could be a foreground star from our galaxy ! 😄

  Those are spiral arms 😃 This is a UKIDSS images - which means it was taken in the infrared, so it may look a little odd!

  Here is the object you classified - viewed in the optical (it is slightly rotated, but it is the same galaxy) :
