Interesting merger? or Something else?

  There appears to be a number of #rings orbiting the core in multiple planes -- looks a bit like an "atom diagram." Does anyone have an explanation of what is going on?

  I see a faint and fuzzy disturbed spiral galaxy. Nothing else. 😄
