Multicolors

  Are colors like this legitimate, or artifacts of the photograph? If legitimate, how is one supposed to note there is a multitude of colors in the classification? And what those colors are?

  The colours in this object are artifacts- this is in fact a foreground star.

  The stars from our own galaxy are very bright compared to the galaxies we are imaging, so over exposure / over saturation is common. Some artifact like this are the result 😃
