Bulge or outflow of gas?

This galaxy seem to have a bulge around the nucleus. It may be outflow of gas, though I would expect that to be green. . Or it may be the usual fuzz surrounding an image.

Here it is in SDSS DR8 (actually SDSS J011821.34-025856.1) :
And DR10 (the same?):
No SDSS spectrum, sadly, and nothing in NED on it.
Very much like M82; well worth bringing to the attention of an astronomer, such as NGC3314! 😃
