A galaxy with an active nucleus and is that a jet directed straight at the camera? There is a hint of a spiral structure and dust lanes.

No, just a star viewed by an overloaded ccd. If you see something strange, sometimes it helps to zoom out and and take a look at nearby objects. There are other stars around it, looking just the same. I
