    Image AGZ0002mhz clearly shows a jet emerging from the centre mass. The jet is green and has an end at what seems to be a shock front. There is also a faint arc associated with the galaxy like a lensing event. Welwood L Anderson, Adelaide.

    Given the size (on the sky, in arcsecs), I'd say the feature you highlight may be an artifact, in part at least. If you look at the pixels, using the "View raw data in different wavelengths" tool (Arcsinh transform), you'll see what seems to be a 'hot pixel' in the r band, with no corresponding bright pixel in any other band.

    I agree, looks like a hot pixel plus a bit of unfortunately placed green noise to me. Shame, as jets have some pretty amazing physics going on in them.
