satellite galaxy or statistical thing?

When I look at this image, I cannot help but notice the small, separate blob of light near bottom, up towards the right. It has the same intensity as the rest of the galaxy that is nearby. What do you eperts think that is? The same can be asked about the light clob just beneath left of center, on the edge.
