this is a #merger aftermath note the starforming in the arms. its like a distorted ring galaxy(hoag object)

must be very dense gas/dust cloud in the center to cover light from buldge? or does the center look a bit misplaced?

This looks like a spiral galaxy without a nucleus. Is it a collisional ring?
