Not a galaxy but an emission object of some kind. Looks like the remains of a planetary nebula.

Nebula is giving of heat, but my main question is, why doesn't it form a natural line without a sign of collision.

Is this a nebula? It looks like a disturbed galaxy, but the gaseous looking cloud at three o'clock is interesting and argues against that..
