Bird

  There seems to be a bird in the image. Are the galaxys merging or are they just in line of site?

  Yes, I can see a bird too, a green bird flapping its blue wings. It is hard to know if they are actually close, but the galaxies don't look disturbed, so I suspect they are not close.
