The big star in the middle is considered as a galaxy, its also surrounded by other smaller galaxy's and stars. The big Galaxy in the middle look a bit similar to saturn if you look more in depth, but at the same time, I don't know anything much about this.

The central object is a disturbed loose-armed barred spiral.
The smaller round dots are all foreground stars from our galaxy.
