Unsettled galaxy with possibly settling arms

  This galaxy seems to be just settling down for a long nap as its arms are still in bits and arcs. There is a distinct green tint to the arms which are broken into arcs. There seems to be a good measure of accumulating material outside the not quite finished arms, which I couldn't decide if there were 2 or 3 arms.
