  I need other's opinion. I don't know but i can see, using the invert tool, one arm of the "spiral" galaxy, what seems odd is that you cannot distinguish the other arm. If i'm wrong please somebody correct me.

  i can see both of them. the one on the left pointing down is a bit more disturbed than the right.

  yes 2 spiral arms. the lower arm is distorted, probably due to merging with a small galaxy. coming in from the bottom

  I agree with two armed spiral.

  But the objects at the bottom of the image are foreground stars from our galaxy, so definitely no interaction possible with the central galaxy.
