AGZ000bhh1_Bright spots in front

Are these 2 bright round center spots in front of the large galaxy small galaxies about to merge? I think they may be too far away from the galaxy to merge or they'd be showing signs of tidal pulls. They might be galaxies that are positioned somewhere in between our view and the main galaxy. The vaguer small galaxy to the right of the main one may be far behind the main one. It doesnt appear to be having signs of tidal pulls either. I do see a looped trail- a semi circle shape looping above the upper right side of the main galaxy. i wonder what this is from?

The dot in the centre of the galaxy is the central bulge. The object to the left is a foreground star from our galaxy. Definitely no merging going on.
