Satellite Galaxy?

This apparent elliptical galaxy appears to have a small satellite galaxy at about the five o'clock position. It could be an object in the forefront, but it is as hazy as the center, larger object.

No way to tell without comparing the redshift (and therefore the distance!) of each object.
The larger one has a redshift value of z=0.138, nothing for the smaller one. Looks like the smaller one is classed as a foreground star - not entirely convinced of that!
Amazing what you can tell from images and numbers 😃
