I believe this is a spherical galaxy possibly obliquely lensing a further object (the object at 6 oclock and that at 9 oclock.

Hi fishawk and welcome to the Zoo
The central galaxy doesn't look massive enough to do the lensing you are proposing. Also the 'lensed' images don't look right. The round small objects are probably foreground stars from our galaxy.
No lensing in this image, sorry.
