Looks Like a double yolker

  I like the square ring but it looks like it has two bulges in the middle. Is this merging galaxies nearly combined?

  Well, that is peculiar. Maybe it a a simulation of 2 bars, so maybe 2 galaxies nearly combined, as you suggested. Or a bar with a long trailing arm.
