Strange object in both DECaLS and SDSS

  Blue in DECaLS and green in SDSS. No idea what it is. Not like a lens.

  That it's in both DECaLS and SDSS suggests that it's not an artifact.

  I have come across quite a few 'green blobs' (and some 'blue blobs' too) in SDSS images, some rather like this; I've never checked to see whether any also appear in DECaLS ones. Occasionally I've thought about digging into them further, but such thoughts have never come to anything ...

  Not an artifact for sure, here is image from Subaru also visible in the CFHT image

  

  Also in the DECaLS image there could be a hint of the blue thingy on the opposite side of the "arc"
