Mystery Line

I see what appears to be a very thin line moving from center to the 11 o'clock position, Is this just a false image in the picture?

The thin red line could be a satellite trail but it could also be an artfact.

And the object at 3 o'clock is a foreground star from our galaxy, so a merger is just impossible.
