Possible planetary nebula? (pseudoringed galaxy?)

I'm very new here, having just taken up an interest in astronomy and crowdsourced projects such as this one.
I'm wondering if this object is simply an irregular galaxy with a fairly circular shape, or some sort of planetary nebula within our galaxy. Maybe its spherical-looking shape lends itself to that thought...
