Distant galaxy shining through edge-on?

Good observation, ratprincess !
Skyserver has analyzed it as a galaxy. At photoz about 0.3, it will be far more distant than the edgeon galaxy at z= 0.062
We might be seeing a galaxy shining through the edge on.

typical galaxies at 0.3 nucleus are orange red, spiral arms are green.
But photoz can be wrong, so let us be careful
