Galaxy with a noticeable central core has a short, blunt, significantly thinner tail

I see a dense central core compared to the elongated arms of the galaxy seen from the side. There is also a short, blunt thinner tail that looks to be generated by the galaxy since the lower left hand tail is noticeably shorter than the upper right hand tail.

Agree, the lower part of the galaxy is deformed.
