SDSS wrong

This is strange, the sdss doesn't show this galaxy. There is also a green spot or tinge next to the core on the left side in the photo and DECaLS.

Yes, when I query SDSS it takes me to:
http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr9/en/tools/explore/obj.asp?ra=164.94240867865574&dec=24.995745056106564
which is something like a red dwarf galaxy. When using SDSS 'Navigate' the galaxy illustrated in this thread has 'No objects have been found', though there is a spectrum square when using the 'Drawing options' at the side.
