Under the artifact is a galaxy with a high OIII. Its not called a starburst, so I just wanted to know what it would be called ? Thanks BM

The SDSS image looks like an irregular or loosely organized disk galaxy with lots of star forming areas to me. NED has several papers that reference it as being extremely metal poor. I'm not sure why the SDSS spectroscopic pipeline either assigns or fails to assign a subclass to any given spectrum, but this one is pretty clearly starforming.

In 'SIMBAD search' the galaxy is called a Starburst Galaxy, but you've probably seen that.
