Huge Star on the left

On the left side of this galaxy it is what it seams to be a big star. Am i right?

You are correct ! The bright object to the left is indeed a foreground star from our galaxy !

After using the SDSS tool 'Navigate' (found on the left side of an SDSS Explorer page) linked to from GZ examine, it can be seen that once re-centered the object is a STAR. It is in the GALEX survey as a UV source (NED). In the SDSS picture below, the original galaxy can be seen on the far right, with two small red objects in between.
