Foreground star position

Likely an artifact just like the 'bloated' image of all nearby foreground stars, but in comparison to all the other objects around it seems to have moved quite a bit in between SDSS and DECaLS imaging(at least the 'center' of the image).
Take for example the difference in position on the X-axis in comparison to the two lower objects in the cutouts below
Also in the GAIA DR1 catalogue, but i don't know how to access / search that one yet. Might contain information on its apparent velocity;

Yes i remember seeing that before very nice!
