This very fuzzy galaxy image consists of two distinct colours - as if a white lens around an orange elliptical. Any opinions?

It's an artificially redshifted galaxy.

Spiral galaxy #NGC 2856, the blue arc is thought of as accretion material 'overshooting' the galaxy from a flyby with a nearby other spiral galaxy NGC 2854. So sort of a polar ring feature.
