Unusual pair of galaxies, one is a ring

In SDSS, I would think that the galaxy on the right has an artifact, but in GAMA-KiDS. it appear to be a ring. Real rings are rare.
2.4 Ring galaxy (empty in the middle) collisional ring galaxy - created by collision that removed the inside of the galaxy) https://talk.galaxyzoo.org/#/boards/BGZ0000001/discussions/DGZ0000wrb?page=2
Are they interacting?
ThePlatypusWrangler pointed out that the galaxies are different colours, the one of the right may be closer.

The center galaxy has a calm spectrum, no evidence of recent collisions.

For the 'ring' galaxy go to it's NED object page, then click 'spectra' (then FULL DESCRIPTION).
There is a GAMA spectra with z = 0.1493 (Err unknown), so should be at +/- same redshift as central galaxy. On that spectra there is also a 'SPEC ID' you can use in the GAMA 'Single Object Viewer' here: http://www.gama-survey.org/dr2/tools/sov.php
And by going to examine page of the central galaxy you also get the GAMA object page for that one.
Central galaxy GAMA z= 0.14884

Ring galaxy GAMA z = 0.1493
http://www.gama-survey.org/dr2/tools/sov.php?specid=G09_Y1_FS2_254#spectop
Besides looking like a ring it also reminds me of AGZ000d0es, a galaxy merger with two 'tails', called a 'cometary galaxy'.
