Hi luciaderrico and welcome to the Zoo,

Looking at the zoomed out image it is (fairly) obvious that it is a disturbed barred spiral (http://skyservice.pha.jhu.edu/DR9/ImgCutout/getjpeg.aspx?ra=122.19535574&dec=28.07774156&scale=0.396127&width=512&height=512&opt=&query=)

The blue blobs in the galaxy are active star forming areas in the galaxy, but some of the smal round objects in this image could also be foreground stars from our galaxy. Sometimes there is no correct answer ! Just give it your best shot !

    Happy hunting !
