Interesting two spectra

With very different signatures close to each other

I guess that means the starburst(?) area is a lot closer to us? Maybe orbiting the galaxy with the dustlane, don't know for sure. There is a AGN and radiosource in here but I don't think a Voorwerp can be that light-blue?
