AGZ000d4nz Double(?) spiral

A beautiful double-like spiral which appears to have been disturbed. Is the double feature simply the result of interaction (which is what appears on first sight)? It looks like there is tidal distortion to right of image but no evident galaxy. Could it be on ther way to forming some kind of #polar #ring? Comments please. Accortding to SkySrerver it is 3.5 mag stronger in the NIR than in the u and at z =0.06 is in the Local Group
