Seyfert / AGN / radio galaxy. So it has been considered as candidate Voorwerp before if it was posted there in the GZ forum?
It is a photometric object in SDSS but I can't seem to find an NED object page... Shredded starforming satellite galaxy or tidal stream then perhaps? Too little data.
One other odd thing is the magenta sphere on the other side, SDSS says galaxy but it has a (small) USNO proper motion listed (...)

Magenta sphere : I consider a proper motion of 2 to be 0, so 2.6 really won't attract my attention.

Another interesting thing is that there are a couple of small photometric objects a long way from the Seyfert 1 galaxy with the same magenta colour as the two objects on either side of the galaxy.

Is there information in the radio image which indicates arcs outside the main galaxy? I am not good at looking at radio images.
Well, lensed galaxies are usually curved around the lensing galaxy. This one looks straight. They are also narrow, this is fuzzy. Often a bright blue or blue white with some magenta.

The red colour in the nucleus indicates that the galaxy has an AGN.
