bulge in contact with green spots

Hot hydrogen is green at z=0.01
I don' t think that DECaLS and PanSTARRS are good at detecting green, but I am not sure.
edges of green don't look much like cosmic ray hits.
But no hot hydrogen in spectrum
Definitely a flat boring spectrum.
So, cosmic ray hit?

Thank you, Budgieye! I suppose there doesn't seem to be any other alternatives than a cosmic ray hit, then. Except Ghost_Sheep_SWR's suggestion ( top post to the left), which may not be the very first thing that springs to mind 😄

I can't find it in any other survey, only in one SDSS band and only in one field image while this galaxy is visible in two field images. Can also clearly see the difference between original image and images used in Galaxy Zoo, feature looks much more square-edged and pixelated. So I think artifact. Galaxy is also Infrared source and Ultraviolet source acccording to NED.
With feature: https://dr9.sdss.org/fields/runCamcolField?run=8083&camcol=5&field=58
Without feature: https://dr9.sdss.org/fields/runCamcolField?run=4832&camcol=3&field=504
And here is the actual FITS file image of SDSS DR9 r band:
Btw there's also a nice nebula very close, mainly to the left visible in DECaLS.
Hope this helps
