Irregular galaxy

  I stumbled across this late one night and it seemed to possess several irregularities at the same time. No center bulge, rather, it appears as if there are 5 "bulges" merging at the same time. Also, it is an irregular shape, so I was wondering what this may be, and how it got like that. I appreciate any discussion. Thank you
